Delete Ledger Account

https://api.sandbox.rootvx.com/api/ledger/account/delete

This endpoint deletes a specified ledger account. The account can be identified either by its unique account ID or by its name. Ledger Acount can be deleted only if the balance is ZERO Dangerous. This operation is marked as Dangerous due to its irreversible nature.
