Create a Wallet for User

https://api.sandbox.rootvx.com/api/wallet/create

This endpoint is used to create a wallet with specified currency types for an existing user. It requires that the ledger for the specified currency type already exists. If you need to create a new user along with a wallet, use the "Create User with Wallet" endpoint instead.
