Update the yield percentage of a token

https://api.sandbox.rootvx.com/asset-manager/api/v1/platform/asset/token/target-yield

This endpoint is used to dynamically update the yield percentage of an asset token. The update requires a valid tokenId, the new yieldPercentage, a changeReason, and a requestId for tracking purposes.
